Terms & Conditions – Karamics

When placing an order with Karamics you are agreeing with the terms & conditions. Also read FAQ before ordering. If you still have questions after reading, feel free to send me an Email or DM me on instagram.

HANDMADE

Please note that everything is made by hand. All items are different from each other. That’s what makes Karamics special. Dripped glaze, tiny spots or unevenness are what gives the items their own character. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade goods.

PROCESSING TIME

From the time the order is placed, it takes 1-3 working days to prepare and pack your order before it can be shipped. I will send your order confirmation as soon as possible.

SHIPPING TIME

From the time the order is shipped it takes 1-4 working days to receive your order. At this moment I will send your Track and Trace code. I only ship within Europe with PostNL. If you live outside of Europe and you’d like to order an item. Send me an e-mail to discuss possibilities and prices!

If delays in delivery should occur (without notice of longer delivery time), please contact me at info@karamics.nl.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are 7.50 within the Netherlands and 13.50 outside the Netherlands / within Europe. 

LOCAL PICK UP

Karamics is located in Rijswijk. If you live nearby and would like to pick up your items at the studio, this is possible. Choose local pickup at the shipping options when checking out.

PACKING

I try my best to package the items well to ensure that the products arrive undamaged. Damage that may have occurred during delivery is of course compensated! In this case send me a picture of the damage in the next 3 days and you will get the money back excluding shipping costs!

PAYMENT

Payment is made via IDEAL and Paypall only.

All prices are included with the VAT and are listed in Euros.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

When purchasing goods from Karamics, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

You as a customer will have to pay the return costs. The product must be packed well and in original packaging to avoid any damages during the delivery.

Karamics is not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery!
